Abbaszadeh: HSE’s preventive measures played a key role in crisis management

According to Energy Press, citing the National Petrochemical Company, Hassan Abbaszadeh stated on Tuesday (December 2) at a specialized conference of health, safety, environment and passive defense (HSE) managers of the petrochemical industry, referring to the importance of all sectors related to this field: “Preventive and appropriate measures taken by HSE colleagues in the petrochemical industry before the 12-day war played a significant role in facilitating decision-making by managers and crisis management teams to implement control measures and reduce possible consequences.” He emphasized that the issue of HSE should be placed on the agenda of industry managers more than ever, considering the experiences gained, and added: “Measures should be planned and implemented by the CEOs of petrochemical companies in accordance with the identified needs and challenges and the appropriate necessities.”
