A specialized consortium was formed to eliminate the pollution of Shazand power plant

According to Energy Press, in line with the call to reduce the emissions of the Shazand Arak thermal power plant, which was published by the Water, Climate and Environment Knowledge-Based Economic Development Headquarters of the Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy in May of this year, the Secretary of the Economic Development Headquarters Water, climate and environment scientists of the Scientific Vice-Chancellor and the expert team visited the Shazand Arak power plant.

Noorbakhsh, the secretary of the water, climate and environment knowledge-based economy development headquarters, stated that the purpose of this visit is to speed up the creation of a specialized consortium to eliminate the pollution of Shazand power plant by using the capacities of knowledge-based, technological and creative companies.

According to the Scientific Vice-President of the Presidency, considering the scope and variety of issues that can be addressed in Shazand Power Plant, after obtaining the technological solutions proposed by the knowledge-based companies, a consortium of capable knowledge-based companies will be established to cooperate with the power plant.
