A new record of gas production in the 12th refinery of South Pars

According to Energy Press, referring to the strategic importance of gas supply in cold days, Mehdi Garamishirazi stated that, according to Energy Press, the first priority of the 12th Refinery is the continuous and stable production of gas in accordance with the obligations of the National Gas Company of Iran, and in this way, all HSE requirements are implemented strictly and without interruption.
He stated that supporting domestic manufacturers as a macro and strategic policy has been pursued with more seriousness this year, adding: The 12th South Pars Refinery, relying on the capacity of domestic companies active in the field of designing and manufacturing refinery equipment, especially in the current critical situation, has been able to take effective steps towards self-sufficiency, production stability and reducing dependence.
The director of the 12th South Pars Refinery considered the technical knowledge, creativity and innovative measures of the employees and specialists of this complex to be the most important factors in the realization of recent achievements and stated: the maximum use of internal power and local capacities, in addition to improving operational efficiency, plays a significant role in increasing the reliability of process units and the continuity of production.
Complete preparation to pass the gas consumption peak
Describing the production performance of this refinery, Grami said: In the 9 months of this year, more than 9 billion and 800 million cubic meters of sweet gas were produced in the 12th refinery and sent to the national gas transmission lines of the country, which made a significant contribution to the stable supply of gas consumed by the domestic and industrial sectors. Also, more than 344,600 tons of ethane, 350,300 tons of propane, and more than 260,000 tons of butane were produced in this refinery, which shows a stable, regular and reliable operation.
