A brainstorming meeting was held between the heads and training experts of the National Petroleum Refining and Distribution Company

According to Energy Press, citing the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company’s website, this meeting was held in person and virtually on Monday, February 1, 1403, with the presence of Hossein Fahimi Tabar, Human Resources Development Manager, and heads and training experts of the main, subsidiary and refining companies, hosted by Central Education.

A report on outstanding experiences and activities, experience learned from a large-scale development program in central education, a report on the successes and challenges of each company, micro-lessons of central education, human resources priorities in 2025, and tailoring learning strategies were among the speeches presented at this brainstorming and educational meeting.
In addition to presenting a report on the training of mass recruits, the challenges and opportunities in the field of education were examined in this meeting.
