According to Energy Press, during the review of the Budget Bill 1403, the Parliament Research Center made a proposal to the government regarding gasoline rationing, according to which the government should grant 15 liters of gasoline per person per month to the heads of households without cars from June next year. This quota is provided from the place of removing the quota of households with three or more cars.
