Iranian Oil Minister Meets with Russian Energy Minister

According to Energy Press, Mohsen Paknejad and Sergey Tisilyov met today (Tuesday, February 18) on the eve of the 19th Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between the two countries in Tehran at the central building of the Ministry of Oil.
In this meeting, the two sides emphasized the development of cooperation in various economic fields, including oil and energy, transportation, trade development, and the completion of cooperation documents signed in the joint economic commissions of Iran and Russia.
The Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation arrived in Tehran on Monday evening (February 17) along with a high-ranking delegation to participate in the 19th Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between Iran and Russia.
The 19th Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between Iran and Russia began its work in Tehran on Monday, and over the past few days (February 16 and 17), 16 specialized working groups in various economic fields held separate meetings to exchange views until finally, a draft of the final document was prepared for signing at the official meeting of the commission.
