Member of the European Parliament: Trump is after Iran’s oil

According to Energy Press, Spanish MEP Irene Mantero, while condemning US military threats and sanctions against Iran, stated that Europe should not assist Donald Trump in his crimes.

Mantero, during a session of the European Parliament with the presence of EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell, said that Trump is after Iran’s oil.

Condemning America’s stance against Iran, Mantero emphasized: “Bombing and sanctioning Iran will not bring freedom to women. It will bring oil to Trump.”
