Oil Minister: Return of foreign currency from oil sales will be carried out under the supervision of the Central Bank

According to Energy Press, Mohsen Paknejad said about the return of foreign exchange from oil sales: From a perspective, oil sales are divided into two parts; the first part is the part where we market and negotiate and sell this oil, and the second part is the return of the money for this oil sold.
Stating that according to the existing rules and regulations, this money must be deposited into accounts approved by the Central Bank, he added: These accounts are introduced to the oil by the Central Bank so that the sale money can be deposited into these accounts when the due date comes.
The Minister of Oil emphasized: The mechanism of these deposits is under the supervision, monitoring and control of the Central Bank, because basically its nature is banking, we do marketing, sales and specialized marketing work.
Paknejad continued: Checking whether this money is deposited, how much it is, in what order, at what time it is deposited, and the possibility of checking whether it is deposited or not; As a rule, it is done by the central bank in the banking system they control; if necessary, they can give us feedback so that we can reconsider our interactions with some of the traders who buy oil from us.
