Two new portals were launched to register and follow up the complaints of gas customers
The spokesperson of National Gas Company of Iran announced the launch and development of two new portals for registering and following up customer complaints.

According to Energy Press, citing National Gas Company of Iran, Seyyed Hassan Mousavi, referring to the anticipated mechanisms for dealing with customers’ objections to gas bills, said: “For a clear and effective response, several specific and non-present paths have been considered; Among them are CRM-based public communication systems that are active through the public relations of provincial gas companies and provide the possibility of registering and reviewing requests and objections.
He stated that in addition to these routes, “Gas Services Smart Window” has been launched at the address my.nigc.ir, where after authentication, subscribers can receive services such as bill viewing, protest registration, complaint registration and step-by-step follow-up of requests in an integrated manner, adding: For each request, a tracking code is issued so that the handling process can be followed transparently.
Development of intelligent services
The spokesperson of the National Gas Company of Iran announced the development of smart services in the context of internal communication applications and stated: “Gas’s smart assistant in the “Yes” application enables subscribers to benefit from other designed services by entering the subscription number, in addition to viewing the bill and filing a complaint.
Referring to the analytical capabilities of these portals, Mousavi stated: One of the most important services provided is the possibility of predicting gas consumption and cost, which is based on five-year records of common consumption. This feature helps the subscribers to see their place in the consumption steps and by managing the consumption, they can move to the lower steps and reduce the amount of their gas bill significantly.
Pointing out that non-conventional consumption actually takes a part of public resources, he said: high-consumption subscribers are expected to actively participate in reforming the consumption pattern by taking optimization strategies seriously; Because this partnership has a direct role in the fair distribution of energy and maintaining the stability of the country’s gas network.
