While we have a total of 16.85 billion cubic meters of water storage in the country's dams, and 68% of the country's dam capacity is empty, this figure is the lowest amount of dam reserves at the same time in the last 5 years.

According to Energy Press, the country’s dam reserves currently stand at 16.85 billion cubic meters, which means that 32 percent of Iran’s dam reservoirs are full.
In fact, while we are going through the sixth consecutive dry year for 80 percent of Iran’s land area, 68 percent of the country’s dam reservoirs are currently empty.
