Formation of a committee to develop organizational culture and promote professional ethics in the oil industry

He announced the formation of the “Organizational Culture Development and Promotion of Professional Ethics in the Oil Industry Committee” with the aim of benefiting from global experiences and strengthening professional values ​​in this industry and said: This committee was formed with the participation of the human resources development management of the four main companies of the Ministry of Oil, the general offices of inspection, performance monitoring and complaint handling, public relations and coordination of dealing with administrative violations of employees.
The Deputy Minister for Management Development and Human Capital of the Ministry of Oil stated: The main mission of this committee is to set policies, design and supervise the implementation of programs related to the development of organizational culture and the promotion of professional ethics, upholding behavioral standards and observing organizational values ​​at the oil industry level.
Khazaei continued: Monitoring the results of executive programs, creating a healthier and more empathetic work environment, and aligning organizational behaviors with the framework of professional values ​​are other goals foreseen for the activity of this committee. He considered the formation of the Committee for Developing Organizational Culture and Promoting Professional Ethics in the Oil Industry within the framework of the Ministry of Oil’s management approaches and with the aim of improving organizational performance, and stated: Increasing intra-organizational cohesion and promoting administrative health are other goals of forming this committee, and its results, after implementation and evaluation, will be the basis for subsequent decision-making.
