Holding an Extraordinary General Assembly of the National Petrochemical Industry Company with the presence of the Deputy Minister of Oil

According to Energy Press, the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of the National Petrochemical Industries Company was held today (Wednesday, October 23) with the presence of Hassan Abbaszadeh, CEO and board members of the National Petrochemical Industries Company, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Planning and Budget Organization, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare.
In this meeting, besides presenting the performance report of the board of directors of the National Petrochemical Industries Company, the report of the independent auditor and legal inspector was also read. Also, the consolidated and separate financial statements of the National Petrochemical Industries Company and the financial statements related to the acquisition plans of capital assets related to the financial year ending on March 30, 1403 were reviewed and approved.
