South Pars sets record; Phase 11 gas production triples
The CEO of Pars Oil and Gas Company announced the start of production of the ninth well of Phase 11 of South Pars and stated: "With the launch of this well, the gas production capacity from this border phase has increased to more than 22 million cubic meters per day."

According to Energy Press, Touraj Dehghani, referring to the successful completion of drilling, completion, meshing and acid treatment operations of the ninth well in the first position of Phase 11 of South Pars, said: By connecting the SPD11B-09 well to the exploitation platform and conducting supplementary tests, more than 2 million cubic meters of raw gas per day were added to the production capacity of this position. He announced the amount of rich gas production in the SPD11B position before the exploitation of the ninth well, 720 million cubic feet per day, and said: Now, with the entry of this well into the production circuit, the rich gas production capacity in Phase 11 of South Pars has reached about 800 million cubic feet per day (more than 22 million cubic meters).
