Injecting $545 million from the National Development Fund to collect associated gases
The financing of $545 million of the credits required to implement the associated gas collection project in the southern Ilam region in the Dehloran region came from the National Development Fund.

According to Energy Press, at the official opening ceremony of the first phase of the NGL3100 Ilam project, the President, referring to the emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution on accelerating the implementation of associated gas collection projects and the environmental imperatives in this regard, announced the income of at least $700 million from the exploitation of the associated gas collection project in the southern Ilam region and said: “One part of the benefits of starting the official activity of this project is the production and sale of $700 million worth of products per year, and another part, and even more importantly, is preventing the burning of $700 million worth of national wealth per year and severe pollution to the environment.” This project, with the aim of collecting 240 million cubic feet of associated gases from the southern Ilam oil fields, was under implementation, and during different governments (the twelfth and thirteenth), numerous meetings were held to accelerate its implementation; but in the end, this project was only put into operation the other day.
