Increasing gasoline production to 120 million liters per day
The head of the country's Oil Refining Association said: Iran's gasoline production increased from 107 million liters per day to 120 million liters per day in May.

According to Energy Press, Nasser Ashouri stated in a press conference today that the capital value of the country’s refineries is more than $100 billion and said: “In the current situation, we expect facilitation and removal of obstacles so that this huge industry can maintain its profitability.” Stating that refineries are producing in any conditions and have not failed in this regard, he said: “The government needs to have sufficient support and not consider itself a competitor of the private sector. The conditions must be such that people trust the government to bring their investment to the production sector.” According to him, the profits of refineries have decreased by 100 percent and in these conditions, we expect the government, parliament and heads of government to support this industry so that it can continue its activities.
