Fuel supply for vehicles continues to be done through a smart system
The CEO of the National Iranian Petroleum Products Distribution Company emphasized the supply of gasoline and oil and gas through the smart fuel system platform and said: "Study work on a new plan for refueling through the banking network is underway and will be implemented if approved by the Cabinet of Ministers."

According to Energy Press, citing the National Iranian Petroleum Refining and Distribution Company, Keramat Weiskarami, citing Note 3 of the 1404 (2015) budget law of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on the supply of gasoline and oil and gas via bank cards, stated: The Ministry of Oil, in cooperation with the National Iranian Petroleum Refining and Distribution Company, is required to provide the possibility of transferring fuel quotas via fuel cards to the bank cards of vehicle owners within four months from the date of entry into force of this law, in cooperation with the Central Bank.
He added: Based on the following note of this legal clause, the Ministry of Oil, the Central Bank and the Treasury are required to submit the executive regulations to the Cabinet for approval within two months.
The CEO of the National Iranian Petroleum Products Distribution Company stated that the company has preliminary studies on its agenda for implementing this plan, and stated: “Currently, various models and plans are being reviewed and evaluated, which, after going through the study stages, must be approved from a security perspective by relevant agencies, including the Passive Defense Organization, the Central Bank, and the Presidential AFTA Center (Security of Production Space and Information Exchange), and ultimately submitted to the Cabinet for approval.”
