The country’s gas consumption increased to 644 million cubic meters

According to Energy Press, Seyyed Hassan Mousavi, in the country’s gas consumption, stated that 644 million cubic meters of natural gas were consumed yesterday (February 14) in the domestic, commercial and small industries sectors, and said: The amount of gas consumption in this sector has increased by 6 percent compared to the same day last year.
He continued: 866 million cubic meters of natural gas were delivered to the national network yesterday, 74 percent of which was allocated to the domestic, commercial and small industries sectors.
After the cold weather and the forecast of a decrease in temperature, President Masoud Pezzekian, Minister of Oil Mohsen Paknejad and a group of country officials invited people to participate in the “2 degrees less” campaign with the aim of efficient consumption and providing winter fuel by publishing visual or written messages.
