Immigration has left Iran’s oil industry devoid of skilled workers
Experts, technicians, and oil workers have turned to immigration due to inadequate working conditions, salaries in the Persian Gulf countries being ten times higher than in Iran, and ineffective parliamentary policies.

According to an exclusive report by Energy Press, the migration of specialized forces and even oil workers has reached a crisis stage, but so far no government has paid attention to it, an issue that endangers the future of Iranian oil. In an interview with Energy Press about the reasons for the migration of Iranian oil workers, Mehrad Ebad, an energy expert, said: The Persian Gulf countries are attracting elites, specialists and even workers from the Iranian oil industry, and in the meantime, governments are just watching this disaster.
