According to Energy Press, citing the Ministry of Energy, Abbas Aliabadi said today (Saturday) at the inauguration ceremony of 24 water and electricity industry projects in Fars Province: Fars Province is a province of hope, pride, knowledge, poetry, literature and ethics.
Referring to the decrease in average rainfall in the country, the Minister of Energy added: Fars Province has faced a 16 percent rainfall deficit compared to the same period last year so far this year, and this number reaches 50 percent compared to the average for the year.
He continued by emphasizing the importance of efficient water consumption and emphasized: In such circumstances, we must adjust our consumption and pay due attention to efficient water consumption.
Stating that most of the inaugurated projects were carried out by the government sector, he said: In this regard, the government will spare no effort and effort to improve water and electricity industry services. In the meantime, we must move towards wealth creation.
The Minister of Energy continued by emphasizing the importance of water recycling and stated: “In the first stage, water productivity must be increased, and then special attention must be paid to water recycling, and finally, focus should be placed on transferring water from the sea, because transferring water from the sea is not a simple task.”
