Collection of flare gases from East Karun by the end of the year

According to Energy Press, citing the National Petrochemical Industries Company, Hassan Abbaszadeh expressed his appreciation for the efforts made to hold the third Petrochemical Industry Health Festival on Tuesday (February 20) at the opening ceremony of the third Petrochemical Industry Health Festival after a long hiatus and stated: I believe that employees are the best asset and their health should be given serious importance.
Emphasizing that managers should take the issue of employees’ mental health seriously, he said: Changing lifestyles affect people’s health, and paying attention to work shifts is a very important issue. Sometimes there is harmony and friendship between employees of different shifts, which is very important.
The Deputy Minister of Oil emphasized the need to improve the quality of managers’ and employees’ presence with their families and stated: Time passes quickly and forgetting about family may be irreparable. If you can also establish a balance between work and life in terms of time, you will be more successful.
Referring to the services of the petrochemical industry to the country’s health sector, Abbaszadeh continued: “For years, there have been and are many flares in the regions of West Karun, East Karun, Dehloran, and Ilam. The petrochemical industry has made appropriate investments to collect flare gases and extinguish them. Marun Petrochemical has spent about $400 million in this regard.”
