According to Energy Press, Nematollah Najafi, Operations Manager of the National Iranian Petroleum Distribution Company, said: “In provinces that are close to the country’s exit points, fuel consumption in the transportation sector is growing abnormally, and this shows that cards are being sold and we are facing card migration.” The growth in transportation consumption in Tehran province is negative 19 percent, but in Chabahar, we have positive growth of 152 percent, and this shows that card migration is happening.
