Abbas Akhundi: China did not give us $21 billion of our oil money!

Energy Press reported that Abbas Akhundi, the Minister of Housing in the Rouhani government, said: “In the ninth and tenth governments (of Ahmadinejad), China did not give us $21 billion of our oil money. Then they said we will give you a credit line of $16 billion. The rest of the money will be deducted from the cost of the credit line we give you. Is there anything more humiliating and humiliating than this? Then they say we went and got credit from China.”
