Resolving the energy imbalance is not only for the oil industry, all institutions must cooperate

According to Energy Press, Seyyed Reza Kesaizadeh stated that the gas imbalance occurred due to the lack of balance between production and consumption, and said: Also, the increase in branching is one of the main reasons for the growth of consumption and imbalance in the gas sector, and every year we face a significant increase in gas imbalance. .
He emphasized the need to update the technology used in the country’s gas industry and refinery sector and added: “The consumer should also put energy saving on the agenda so that we can overcome this crisis.”
The former CEO of the National Gas Company of Iran stated that 70% of the country’s energy portfolio is dependent on gas, and stated: Diversification in the country’s energy portfolio and moving towards the use of renewable energies instead of hydrocarbon fuels are among the effective solutions to solve the challenge of energy imbalance in the country.
