Iran’s preparation for holding the 26th JECF ministerial meeting

He added: Just as the first ministerial meeting of the Assembly in 2001 was held in Tehran and brought positive results for the members, it is expected that this meeting will have valuable achievements for all the members with maximum participation.
The role of the Assembly of Gas Exporting Countries in stabilizing world energy security

He stated that the role of gas in addition to energy security is very important in advancing world climate policies, especially during the transition to clean energy, and added: Meanwhile, the JECF secretariat, in coordination with the OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) secretariat, can participate in meetings and negotiations. The meeting of the United Nations Climate Change Convention (CUP 29) which will be held in the Republic of Azerbaijan, should play an effective role.
