He added: The financial resources of this project will be provided by Niko company, whose financial contract has also been signed between Niko company and the Venezuelan company.

But the more important point here is that the technical relations between Iran and Venezuela started in the previous government, and in the same period, various technical groups traveled to Caracas to revive part of the country’s refining capacity, but basically, due to the confidentiality of the project, no details about this were published; Just unlike the current government, which trumpets its own actions against the national interests as much as it can.
