The capacity of 67% of Iran’s dams was filled
According to the latest statistics on the state of the country's important dams, currently, the country's dams are 67% full and 9 dams are completely and 100% full.

According to the Energy Press report, the amount of inflow into the country’s reservoirs from the beginning of the water year (beginning of October) to June 5 was equal to 35.18 billion cubic meters, which compared to last year, which was equal to 32.89 billion cubic meters, has decreased by 7%. Also, the total output of the country’s dams has increased by 13% compared to the previous year.

The volume of water in the reservoirs is now 32.60 billion cubic meters, which has increased by seven percent compared to the previous year, which was 32.60 billion cubic meters. Also, the volume of the country’s dams is 67% until this date.

The status of some important dams in the country shows that in 9 dams, Dez in Khuzestan province, Aras dam in East Azerbaijan, Jagin dam in Hormozgan, Ilam dam, Khairabad dam in Sistan and Baluchistan province, Azad and Qashlaq dam in Kurdistan province, Rudbar dam in Lorestan province. And in Kausar Dam of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmed Provinces, we see 100% filling of the reservoir volume.
