Jalil Salari’s role in seizing the oil ministry building in London
As mentioned earlier, the NIOC building in London was one of the National Oil Company’s overseas buildings that was handed over to the Oil Industry Pension Fund.
This transfer of ownership made arbitration courts outside of Iran unable to touch this building because the oil industry pension fund was considered a quasi-private entity and not a government one.
But it was just a few years ago that Jalil Salari filed a complaint with his strange pursuits in the Court of Administrative Justice, the consequences of which are showing themselves every year.
A well-informed source told Meez Naft: “With the complaint of the president, the pension fund of the oil industry was changed from a non-governmental and private organization to a government organization, so that due to this complaint, this fund is in the hands of the government.”
