6% economic growth in Iran’s oil industry

According to Energy Press, Alireza Danshi said in a press conference on the sidelines of the 28th International Oil Exhibition regarding the latest status of the 28 reservoir development project: We are faced with many contractors in this field, some contractors are doing well, but some are having problems. They face financial resources that cause problems in the work process.

He added: In this government, we were able to achieve a special production and the oil industry played a special role in the economic growth rate of 6%.

About the wear and tear of oil industry equipment, he said: nearly 75 to 80 percent of the country’s oil production takes place in the oil-rich areas of the south, and more than 80 percent of the equipment used in the oil industry is supplied from within the country.
