Enumerating the advantages of solar energy, Dasht Boghor said: non-polluting, cheap, permanent, clean, reduction of fossil fuel consumption and reduction of greenhouse gases, ability to be used at home and on a large scale are among the countless advantages of these power plants.

The CEO of Gilan Regional Electric Company said: Considering the lack of practical action of the previous company to build a solar power plant in Lushan Industrial Town, we requested that the licenses given to this organization by SATBA be revoked due to non-fulfillment of obligations. Also, by the Gilan Regional Electricity Company, the locations of the Lushan and Shaft constructions, which were approved by the Provincial Industrial Towns Company, will be reflected to the SATBA organization in order to assess the potential of these constructions for the construction of a specialized solar town.
